How to get your ZIP from Instagram
Instagram app → your profile → Menu → Your activity → Download your information
Choose Download or transfer information → select only Connections
Format: JSON, then request the download and wait for Instagram's email
Download the ZIP from that email and drop it above
This tool has no backend. The ZIP is parsed with JavaScript in your browser and never transmitted anywhere. Unfollowing still happens on real Instagram — this tool can't do it for you automatically, since that would need your Instagram login and isn't something we do.
